RESOLUTION NO. 52-93
RESOLUTION OF THE
CITY COUNCIL OF THE TOWN OF LOS ALTOS HILLS
ACCEPTING DEDICATION OF AN EASEMENT FOR PATHWAY
AT 24290 LA LOMA COURT,LANDS Of DORAN
WHEREAS,Thomas S. Doran,Jr. and Shelley R. Doran,Trustees ("Doran")have
offered for dedication an easement for pathway to the Town; and
WHEREAS, the City Council of the Town has read and considered that
dedication of pathway; ,
NOW,THEREFORE,the City Council of the Town of Los Altos Hills does
RESOLVE as follows:
Section 1. The Town of Los Altos Hills hereby accepts the dedication of the
pathway easement at 24920 La Loma Court on behalf of the public.
Section 2. The Town of Los Altos Hills shall enter into and the Mayor is hereby
authorized and directed to execute the Dedication of Easement for Pathway, a copy of
which is attached hereto.
Section 3. The City Clerk is hereby directed to record this Resolution,in the
,-- office of the County Recorder.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 1st day of September 10.

DEDICATION OF EASEMENT FOR PATHWAY
This Dedication of Easement for Pathway ("Dedication") is granted by Thomas
S. Doran, Jr. and Shelley R. Doran, Trustees, ("Dorans"), in favor of the Town of Los
Altos Hills, a municipal corporation of the State of California ("Town"), effective as
of the date of execution by the Town.
RECITALS
A. Dorans own property located at 24920 La Loma Court in the Town of
Los Altos Hills, California, as described by deed filed for record in the Office of the
Recorder of the County of Santa Clara, in Book M538 of Official Records, page 83.
B. Dorans desire to dedicate an easement in this property to the Town for
a pathway, and Town wishes to accept such a dedication.
NOW, THEREFORE, IT IS AGREED by the parties as follows:
1. Pathway. Dorans, hereby dedicate to the Town an easement as
described in Exhibit "A" and shown in Exhibit "B" for public pathway purposes,
including, but not limited to, pedestrian, bicycle and equestrian purposes.
2. Acceptance. The Town has accepted this Dedication of the
easement by Resolution No. 52-93 and has authorized the Mayor to execute
this document on its behalf.
3. Binding Effect. The Provisions contained in this Dedication shall
run with the land and shall be binding upon and inure to the benefit of the
respective successors and assigns of the parties to this Dedication.

DESCRIPTION FOR PATHWAY EASEMENT DEDICATION
All that certain real property situate in the Town of Los Altos Hills, County of
Santa Clara, State of California and being a portion of Lot 3, as shown on that
certain Map of Tract No. 1275 Toyon Hills Estates, recorded May 10, 1954 in Book
48 of Maps, page 56, Santa Clara County Records and being a portion of the 1.61
acre parcel of land shown and delineated upon that certain Record of Survey of a
subdivision of a portion of Lot 3 of Tract No. 1275, recorded March 15, 1955 in
Book 55 of Maps , page 6, Santa Clara County Records, being more particularly
described as follows:
BEGINNING at a 1/2 inch iron pipe at the intersection of the southwesterly line
of La Loma Court with the westerly line of said Lot 3, as said Court and Lot are
shown on the Map of Tract No. 1275 Toyon Hills Estates, recorded May 10, 1954 in
Book 48 of Maps , page 56, Santa Clara Records as said map is hereinabove
described; thence along said westerly line of Lot 3, South 11°06'48" West 392.94
feet to the TRUE POINT OF BEGINNING of this description; thence along a line
that is parallel with and 10 feet distant northerly from the southerly line of
said 1.61 acre parcel of land of land shown and delineated upon that certain
Record of Survey of a subdivision of a portion of Lot 3 of Tract No. 1275,
recorded March 15, 1955 in Book 55 of Maps, page 6, Santa Clara County Records,
1 as said map is hereinabove described, South 77°30'00" East 246.46 to the
easterly line of said 1.61 acre parcel of land; thence along said easterly line,
South 6°07'34" East 10.55 feet to an angle point on the southerly line of said
Lot 3, said point being the southeasterly corner of said 1.61 acre parcel of
landhereinabove described; thence along the southerly line of said Lot 3, North
77°30'00" West 249.59 feet to the westerly line of said Lot 3; thence along said
westerly line North 11°06'48" East 10.00 feet to the said true point of
beginning of this description and containing 2,480 square feet of land, more or
less.
