RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE TOWN OF LOS ALTOS HILLS ACCEPTING DEDICATION OF AN EASEMENT FOR ACCESS TO THE ADJACENT • SANITARY SEWER EASEMENT AT 13951 CAMPO VISTA LANE,LANDS OF MOYER WHEREAS, Carl R. Moyer and Marilyn D. Moyer ("Moyers") have offered for dedication an easement for access to the adjacent sanitary sewer easement to the Town; and WHEREAS,the City Council of the Town has read and considered that dedication of easement for access to the adjacent sanitary sewer easement; NOW,THEREFORE, the City Council of the Town of Los Altos Hills does RESOLVE as follows: Section 1. The Town of Los Altos Hills hereby accepts the dedication of the easement for access to the adjacent sanitary sewer easement at 13951 Campo Vista Lane on behalf of the public. Section 2. The Town of Los Altos Hills shall enter into and the Mayor is hereby authorized and directed to execute the Dedication of Easement for Access to the Adjacent Sanitary Sewer Easement, a copy of which is attached hereto. Moyer ("Moyers") in favor of the Town of Los Altos Hills, a municipal corporation of the State of California ("Town"), effective as of the date of execution by the Town. RECITALS A. Moyers own land at 13951 Campo Vista Lane in the Town of Los Altos Hills, California, described as Parcel 3 of that certain Parcel Map recorded in the office of the Recorder of the County of Santa Clara, on November 16, 1976 in Book 383 of Maps at pages 27 and 28. B. Moyers desire to dedicate a portion of this property to the Town for a sewer access easement, and Town wishes to accept such dedication. NOW, THEREFORE, IT IS AGREED by the parties as follows: 1. Easement. Moyers hereby dedicate to the Town the easement described on Exhibit A attached hereto and shown on Exhibit B attached hereto ("the property") for purposes of access to the adjacent sanitary sewer easement. 2. Acceptance.
