RESOLUTION OF THE
CITY COUNCIL OF THE TOWN OF LOS ALTOS HILLS
ACCEPTING DEDICATION OF AN EASEMENT FOR STORM DRAIN PURPOSES
AT 12635 CORTE MADERA,LANDS OF KANCLER
WHEREAS,Henry C. Kancler and Elizabeth A. Kancler ("Kanclers") have offered
for dedication an easement for storm drain purposes to the Town; and
IL. WHEREAS, the City Council of the Town has read and considered that
r` dedication of easement for storm drain purposes;
NOW,THEREFORE,the City Council of the Town of Los Altos Hills does
RESOLVE as follows:
Section 1. The Town of Los Altos Hills hereby accepts the dedication of the
storm drain easement at 12635 Corte Madera on behalf of the public.
Section 2. The Town of Los Altos Hills shall enter into and the Mayor is hereby
authorized and directed to execute the Dedication of Easement for Storm Drain
Purposes, a copy of which is attached hereto.

DEDICATION OF EASEMENT FOR STORM DRAIN PURPOSES
This Dedication of Easement for Storm Drain Purposes ("Dedication") is
granted by Henry C. Kancler and Elizabeth A. Kancler ("Kanclers") in favor of the
Town of Los Altos Hills, a municipal corporation of the State of California
("Town"), effective as of the date of execution by the Town.
RECITALS
A. Kanclers own property located at 12635 Corte Madera in the Town of
Los Altos Hills, California; Said property being more particularly described as Lot 14
of Tract Map No. 1926, Fremont Hills Unit No. 2 , recorded in Book 81 of Maps at
pages 40 and 41, Santa Clara County Records.
B. Kanclers desire to dedicate an easement in this property to the Town
for storm drain purposes and Town wishes to accept such a dedication.
NOW, THEREFORE, IT IS AGREED by the parties as follows:
1. Storm Drain. Kanclers hereby dedicate to the Town an easement as
described in Exhibit "A" and shown in Exhibit "B" attached hereto for public storm
drain purposes, including, but not limited to, construction and maintenance of
storm drainage facilities and appurtenances.
2. Acceptance. The Town has accepted this Dedication of the
easement by Resolution No. 68-93 and has authorized the Mayor to execute
this document on its behalf.
3. Binding Effect. The Provisions contained in this Dedication shall
run with the land and shall be binding upon and inure to the benefit of the
respective successors and assigns of the parties to this Dedication.

LEGAL DESCRIPTION
STORM DRAINAGE EASEMENT
An easement for storm drainage purposes situate in the Town of Los
Altos Hills, County of Santa Clara, State of California, 'lying in, on,
over, under and along a portion of Lot 14, Block L, as said lot and
block are shown on the map of Tract No. 1926, Fremont Hills, Unit No. 2,
recorded in Book 81 of Maps at Pages 40 and 41, Santa Clara County
Records, said easement being more particularly described as follows:
BEGINNING at a point on the general southerly line of said lot said
POINT OF BEGINNING being the westerly terminus of that certain course
having a distance of 102.78 feet as shown on said map; thence along the
boundary of said Lot 14 from a tangent that bears S. 85°00'00" W. along
the arc of curve to the right having a radius of 20.00 feet and a central
angle of 120°49'00", an arc distance of 42.17 feet; thence continuing
along said boundary tangent to the preceding curve N. 25°49'00" E. 25.00
feet; thence leaving said boundary S. 64°11'00" E. 30.25 feet; thence
S. 25°49'00" W. 42.18 feet to the POINT OF BEGINNING.
This description has been prepared by me or under my direction in
conformance with the requirements of the Professional Land Surveyors'
