RESOLUTION NO. 69-93
A RESOLUTION ACCEPTING AS COMPLETED
THE WORK OF"DRIVEWAY ROUGHENING PROJECT,FY 92-93"
AUTHORIZING FINAL PAYMENT CONCERNING SUCH WORK,AND
DIRECTING THE CITY CLERK TO FILE NOTICE OF COMPLETION
WHEREAS, in consultation with the City Engineer, the Director of Public Works
of the Town of Los Altos Hills (the "Town") has,in writing,made and filed in the
Office of the City Clerk his notice or certificate certifying that the work under
contract described as Driveway Roughening Project has been completed in
conformance with the Plans and Specifications for said project, and has
recommended that said work be accepted as complete and satisfactory;
NOW,THEREFORE, the City Council of the Town of Los Altos Hills does
RESOLVE as follows:
Section 1. The above-described work as mentioned in the notice or
certificate of the Director of Public Works is hereby accepted as complete and the
appropriate officer of the Town is authorized to make final payment concerning
the above-described work.
Section 2. The City Clerk is hereby authorized and directed to file with
the County Recorder of the County of Santa Clara, notice of the completion of
said project within ten (10) days from the date of this Resolution.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 6th day of October , 1993.
