The Town of Los Altos Hills hereby accepts the dedication of the pathway easement at 25700 Bassett Lane, described as Lot 1 of Tract No. 4169, recorded at Book 278,pages 52,53 and 54 on February 11, 1971, and with an Assessors Parcel Number of 336-43-013. Section 2. The City Council hereby finds that the acceptance of this easement benefits the residents of Tract No. 4169 and the public at large. Section 3. The City Clerk is hereby directed to record this Resolution,in the office of the County Recorder.
