RESOLUTION OF THE
CITY COUNCIL OF THE TOWN OF LOS ALTOS HILLS
ACCEPTING GRANT OF AN EASEMENT FOR PATHWAY
AT 11011 MAGDALENA AVENUE,LANDS OF REDDY
WHEREAS,C. Sena Reddy and C. Rupa Reddy have offered to grant an
easement for pathway to the Town; and
WHEREAS,the City Council of the Town has read and considered that grant of
easement for pathway;
NOW,THEREFORE, the City Council of the Town of Los Altos Hills does
RESOLVE as follows:
Section 1. The Town of Los Altos Hills hereby accepts the grant of the pathway
easement at 11011 Magdalena Avenue on behalf of the public.
Section 2. The Town of Los Altos Hills shall enter into and the Mayor is hereby
authorized and directed to execute the Grant of Easement for Pathway, a copy of which
is attached hereto.
Section 3. The City Clerk is hereby directed to record this Resolution, in the
office of the County Recorder.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 3rd day of November 1993.

GRANT OF EASEMENT FOR PATHWAY
This Grant of Easement for Pathway ("Easement") is granted by C. Sena Reddy
and C. Rupa Reddy ("Reddy's") in favor of the Town of Los Altos Hills, a municipal
corporation of the State of California ("Town"), effective as of the date of execution
by the Town.
RECITALS
A. Reddy's own property located at 11011 Magdalena Avenue in the Town
of Los Altos Hills, California, as described in the deed dated April 3; 1991, and
recorded April 15, 1991, in Book L675 at Page 1044 Under Serial No. 10865763, filed
for record in the Office of the Recorder of the County of Santa Clara.
B. Reddy's desire to grant an easement in this property to the Town for a
pathway, and Town wishes to accept such easement.
NOW, THEREFORE, IT IS AGREED by the parties as follows:
1. Pathway. Reddy's, hereby grant to the Town an easement as
described in Exhibit "A" attached hereto and shown in Exhibit "B" for public
pathway purposes, including, but not limited to, pedestrian, bicycle and equestrian
purposes.
2. Acceptance. The Town has accepted this Easement by Resolution
No. 106-93 and has authorized the Mayor to execute this document on its behalf.
3. Binding Effect. The Provisions contained in this Easement shall
run with the land and shall be binding upon and inure to the benefit of the
respective successors and assigns of the parties to this Easement.
