RESOLUTION NO. 137-93
RESOLUTION OF THE
CITY COUNCIL OF THE TOWN OF LOS ALTOS HILLS
ACCEPTING DEDICATION FOR PATHWAY
AT 27297 BYRNE PARK LANE
WHEREAS, the Final Map for Tract No. 5068 recorded at Book 302,pages
34 and 35 on June 2, 1972, offered for dedication a pathway easement to the
Town; and
WHEREAS, the Town now wishes to accept this offer of dedication of Lot
34 of Tract No. 5068;
NOW,THEREFORE, the City Council of the Town of Los Altos Hills does
RESOLVE as follows:
Section 1. The Town of Los Altos Hills hereby accepts the dedication of
the pathway easement at 27297 Byrne Park Lane, described as Lot 34 of Tract No.
5068,recorded at Book 302,pages 34 and 35 on June 2, 1972, and with an
Assessors Parcel Number of 182-48-042.
Section 2. The City Council hereby finds that the acceptance of this
easement benefits the residents of Tract No. 5068 and the public at large.
Section 3. The City Clerk is hereby directed to record this Resolution,in
the office of the County Recorder.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 3rd day of November , 1993.
