E y ECCII.RD<R Los Altos Hills,CA 94022 Attention: City Clerk RESOLUTION NO. 154-93 RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE TOWN OF LOS ALTOS HILLS ACCEPTING DEDICATION FOR PATHWAY OVER CHAPARRAL WAY WHEREAS, the Final Map for Tract No. 5266 recorded at Book 323,page 23 on May 18, 1973, offered for dedication a pathway easement to the Town; and WHEREAS, the Town now wishes to accept this offer of dedication of private road, Chaparral Way of Tract No. 5266; NOW, THEREFORE, the City Council of the Town of Los Altos Hills does RESOLVE as follows: Section 1. The Town of Los Altos Hills hereby accepts the dedication of the pathway easement over Chaparral Way, described as private road, Chaparral Way of Tract No. 5266, recorded at Book 323, page 23 on May 18, 1973. Section 2. The City Council hereby finds that the acceptance of this easement benefits the residents of Tract No. 5266 and the public at large. Section 3. The City Clerk is hereby directed to record this Resolution,in the office of the County Recorder. PASSED AND ADOPTED this 17th day of November , 1993.
