RESOLUTION NO. 161-93
RESOLUTION OF THE
CITY COUNCIL OF THE TOWN OF LOS ALTOS HILLS
ACCEPTING DEDICATION FOR PATHWAY
AT 12933 ATHERTON COURT
WHEREAS, the Final Map for Tract No. 5624 recorded at Book 374,pages
21 and 22 on July 2, 1976, offered for dedication pathway easements to the Town;
and
WHEREAS, the Town now wishes to accept this offer of dedication of Lot
5 of Tract No. 5624;
NOW,THEREFORE, the City Council of the Town of Los Altos Hills does
RESOLVE as follows:
Section 1. The Town of Los Altos Hills hereby accepts the dedication of
the pathway easements at 12933 Atherton Court, described as Lot 5 of Tract No.
5624, recorded at Book 374, pages 21 and 22 on July 2, 1976, and with an
Assessors Parcel Number of 175-37-034.
Section 2. The City Council hereby finds that the acceptance of these
easements benefits the residents of Tract No. 5624 and the public at large.
Section 3. The City Clerk is hereby directed to record this Resolution, in
the office of the County Recorder.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 17th day of November , 1993.
