RESOLUTION NO. 165-93
RESOLUTION OF THE
CITY COUNCIL OF THE TOWN OF LOS ALTOS HILLS
ACCEPTING DEDICATION FOR PATHWAY
AT 27769 EDGERTON ROAD
WHEREAS, the Final Map for Tract No. 5762 recorded at Book 379,pages
36 and 37 on September 15, 1976, offered for dedication pathway easements to
the Town; and
WHEREAS, the Town now wishes to accept this offer of dedication of Lot
3 of Tract No. 5762;
NOW,THEREFORE,the City Council of the Town of Los Altos Hills does
RESOLVE as follows:
Section 1. The Town of Los Altos Hills hereby accepts the dedication of
the pathway easements at 27769 Edgerton Road, described as Lot 3 of Tract No.
576, 22, recorded at Book 379,pages 36 and 37 on September 15, 1976, and with an
Assessors Parcel Number of 182-19-058.
Section 2. The City Council hereby finds that the acceptance of these
easements benefits the residents of Tract No. 5762 and the public at large.
Section 3. The City Clerk is hereby directed to record this Resolution,in
the office of the County Recorder.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 17th day of November , j93.
