RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
TOWN OF LOS ALTOS HILLS
ACCEPTING DEDICATION OF RIGHT-OF-WAY
(Lands of Burger)
WHEREAS, John Burger, a married man, as his soleand
separate property ("Owner"),
own the property commonly known as 11580 Old Ranch Road, Los Altos Hills, California; and
WHEREAS, Section 10-2.1202 of the Los Altos Hills Municipal Code ("Code")
authorizes the Planning Director or Planning Commission to require dedication of a right-of-way
of sufficient width to conform to current Town standards whenever a site development permit is
requested for a lot which was created prior to January 1, 1973 and where the driveway or
contiguous road right-of-way are substandard; and
WHEREAS, pursuant to Section 10-2.1202, Owner has offered to dedicate a certain
portion of their property to the Town for right-of-way purposes; and
WHEREAS, the CityCouncil has determined that acceptance of the right-of-way

dedication satisfies the requirements of the Code and serves an important public purpose;
NOW, THEREFORE, theCity Council of the Town of Los Altos Hills does
RESOLVE as follows:
The Town hereby accepts on behalf of the public the dedication of the right-of-way
described and depicted in Attachment A hereto; and that the Mayor is hereby authorized and
directed to execute the Dedication on behalf of the Town.

OLD RANCH ROAD -LANDS OF BURGER
LOS ALTOS HILLS, CALIFORNIA
The real property referred to herein below is situated in the Town of Los Altos Hills, County of Santa
Clara, State of California, and is described as follows:
A portion of Lot 18, as shown on that certain map entitled "Tract No. 1184-Foothill Ranch," which map
was filed for record in the Office of the County Recorder, Santa Clara County, State of California on
August 18, 1953, in Book 44 of Maps at page 55, more particularly described as follow:
Beginning at the most northerly common corner of Lots 18 and 19 as said lots are shown on said map of
"Tract No. 1184-Foothill Ranch", said corner also being on the southeasterly right-of-way line of Old
Ranch Road as shown on said tract map; thence proceeding along said southeasterly right of way line,
N 74' 11' 30" E, 25.77 feet, to the beginning of a tangent curve to the right; thence continuing along said
southeasterly right-of-way line of Old Ranch Road, along said tangent curve to the right, having a radius
of 20.00 feet, a central angle of 41'24' 34", an arc length of 14.45 feet to a point or reverse curvature;
thence continuing along said southeasterly right-of-way line of Old Ranch Road, along said reverse
curve to the left, having a radius of 40.00 feet, a central angle of 131'24' 34", an arc length of 91.74 feet
to the most westerly common property corner of said Lot 18 and Lot 17 of said"Tract No. 1184-Foothill
Ranch"; thence along the common property line of said Lots 17 and 18,N 74°11' 30"E, 10.00 feet to the
intersection with a curve to the right, concentric to the last mentioned curve; thence along said curve to
the right, having a radius of 50.00 feet, a central angle of 131°24' 34", an arc length of 114.68 feet to a
point of reverse curvature; thence along a curve to the left, having a radius of 10.00 feet, a central angle
