RESOLUTION NO. 183-93
RESOLUTION OF THE
CITY COUNCIL OF THE TOWN OF LOS ALTOS HILLS
ACCEPTING DEDICATION FOR PATHWAY
AT 13901 CAMPO VISTA LANE
WHEREAS, the Final Map for Parcel Map recorded at Book 383, pages 27
and 28 on November 16, 1976, offered for dedication a pathway easement to the
Town; and
WHEREAS, the Town now wishes to accept this offer of dedication of
Parcel 2 of said Parcel Map;
NOW, THEREFORE, the City Council of the Town of Los Altos Hills does
RESOLVE as follows:
Section 1. The Town of Los Altos Hills hereby accepts the dedication of
the pathway easement at 13901 Campo Vista Lane, described as Parcel 2 of Parcel
Map,recorded at Book 383, pages 27 and 28 on November 16, 1976, and with an
Assessors Parcel Number of 175-23-056.
Section 2. The City Council hereby finds that the acceptance of this
easement benefits the residents of said Parcel Map and the public at large.
Section 3. The City Clerk is hereby directed to record this Resolution, in
the office of the County Recorder.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 17th day of November , 1993.
