RESOLUTION NO. 25-91
RESOLUTION OF
THE CITY COUNCIL OF
THE TOWN OF LOS ALTOS HILLS
ACCEPTING AND AUTHORIZING EXECUTION OF
DEDICATION OF RIGHT OF WAY FROM
FRANK AND KAREN A. RUCCOLO
WHEREAS, the City Council of the Town of Los Altos Hills has
read and considered that certain Dedication of Right of Way from
Frank and Karen A. Ruccolo concerning Stonebrook Drive
("Dedication") ;
NOW, THEREFORE, the Town of Los Altos Hills does RESOLVE as
follows:
Section 1. Public interest and convenience require the Town
of Los Altos Hills to accept the Dedication described above.
Section 2 . The Town of Los Altos Hills hereby accepts the
Dedication, and the Mayor is hereby authorized, on behalf of the
Town, to execute the acceptance of the Dedication from Frank and
Karen A. Ruccolo.
REGULARLY PASSED AND ADOPTED this 5th day of
June , 1991.

DEDICATION AND RIGHT OF WAY
THIS DEDICATION AND RIGHT OF WAY ("Dedication") is dedicated
by Frank and Karen A. Ruccolo, 12151 Stonebrook Drive, Los Altos
Hills, CA (collectively, "Grantors") in favor of the Town of Los
Altos Hills, a municipal corporation of the State of California
("Town") , effective as of the date of acceptance of the
Dedication by the Town.
RECITALS
A. Grantors own, among other property, land adjacent to
Stonebrook Drive and Prospect Avenue in the Town of Los Altos
Hills, California, which is described in Exhibit A attached
hereto ("Property") , and Grantors wish to dedicate the Property
to the Town.
NOW, THEREFORE, IT IS AGREED by the parties as follows:
1. Dedication. Grantors hereby dedicate the Property
described above to the Town for right of way purposes, and all
uses related thereto.
2 . Acceptance. The Town Council hereby accepts the
Dedication of the Property for right of way purposes and all uses
related thereto.

LANDS OF RUCCOLO OWN OF LOS ALTOS HILI
Being a strip of land referred to herein and described as follows:
All that certain property situate in the Town of Los Altos Hills, County of Santa Clara, State of
California, described as follows:
Portion of lot 7,as shown upon that certain Map entitled"Map of the N.J.Stone Subdivision",which
Map was filed for record in the office of the Recorder of the County of Santa Clara, State of
California, on May 9, 1984 in Book H of Maps, at pages 58 and 59, and more particularly described
as follows:
BEGINNING at an iron pipe standing at the intersection of the centerline of Prospect Avenue and
which point of beginning is also the common corner of Lots 3, 4, 7 and 8 as said lots and said
Avenues are laid down, designated and delineated on the map referred to above; thence running
along said centerline of Prospect Avenue,North 73°37'30"West 347.34 feet to the most southwesterly
corner of that certain parcel of land described as Parcel One in the deed from Alma E. Wood to
Frank Ruccolo,et ux,filed for record September 23, 1988 in Book K691,Official Records, page 1394,
Santa Clara County Records and as shown on Record of Survey Map of that certain 1.86 acre (gross)
parcel recorded in Book 17 of Maps at page 50 in the office of the County Recorder, Santa Clara
County, California; thence leaving said southwesterly corner along the Westerly line of said lands of
Ruccolo North 16°22'30" East 30.00 feet to a point in a line which is parallel to the aforementioned
centerline of Prospect Avenue; thence leaving said Westerly line of said land of Ruccolo along said
parallel line South 73°37'30" East 281.14 feet to a point of curve; thence along the arc of a curve to
the left having a radius of 20 feet through a central angle of 105°52'30" an arc distance of 36.96 feet
to a point on the line which is parallel to the centerline of Stonebrook Avenue and distant westerly
30.00 therefrom, measured at right angles, thence along said parallel line the following courses and
distances: North last 0°30' East 73.41 feet to a point of curve; thence along the arc of a curve to the
left having a radius of 310 feet through a central angle of 13°24'an arc distance of 72.50 feet; thence
North 12°54' West 4.63 feet to a point of curve; thence along the arc of a curve to the left having
a radius of 110 feet through a central angle of 42°40' an arc distance of 81.91 feet; thence North
55°34' East 42.02 feet to a point of curve; thence along the arc of a curve to the right having a radius
of 130 feet through a central angle of 8°02'33" an arc distance of 18.25 feet more or less to a point
in a northerly line of the above described lands granted to Ruccolo,et ux; thence leaving said parallel
line of Stonebrook Avenue along said Northerly line of said lands of Ruccolo North 82°20'East 44.99
feet more or less to the most northeasterly corner thereof; thence along the more easterly line of said
lands of Ruccolo, said easterly line being also a former centerline of Stonebrook Avenue, as shown
• upon said Record of Survey of that certain 1.86 acre parcel of land the following courses and
distances:
• South 47°32' East 72.60 feet;
South 12°54'56" East 99.27 feet; thence
South 0°30' West 179.52 feet
to the POINT OF BEGINNING.
Includes therein all that portion thereof as lies within the bounds of Stone Brook Avenue as said
Avenue was established by Deed from Victor Avidano,et al,to County of Santa Clara,dated October
19, 1950, recorded November 9, 1950 in Book 2092 Official Records, page 348, Santa Clara County
Records.
