RESOLUTION NO. 43-91
RESOLUTION OF THE
CITY COUNCIL OF THE TOWN OF LOS ALTOS HILLS
ACCEPTING DEDICATION OF RIGHT OF WAY
ADJACENT TO MANUELLA ROAD FROM
LANDS OF THE OWEN COMPANIES
WHEREAS, The Owen Companies, a California corporation, has
offered to dedicate a right of way to the Town on Lands of The
Owen Companies adjacent to Manuella Road; and
WHEREAS, the City Council of the Town has read and
considered that dedication of right of way;
NOW, THEREFORE, the City Council of the Town of Los Altos
Hills does RESOLVE as follows:
Section 1. The City Council of the Town of Los Altos Hills
hereby accepts the dedication of property on Lands of The Owen
Companies for a right of way on behalf of the public.
Section 2. The Town of Los Altos Hills shall enter into and
the Mayor is hereby authorized and directed to execute the
Dedication of Right of Way, a copy of which is attached hereto as
Exhibit A.

DEDICATION OF PROPERTY FOR RIGHT OF WAY
THIS DEDICATION OF PROPERTY FOR RIGHT OF WAY ("Dedication")
is granted by The Owen Companies, a California corporation
located at 445 South San Antonio Road, Los Altos, California
("Owen") , in favor of the Town of Los Altos Hills, a municipal
corporation of the State of California ("Town") , effective as of
the date of execution by the Town.
RECITALS
A. Owen owns properties located at 14850 Manuella Road, in
the Town of Los Altos Hills, California which are more
particularly described in Exhibit A and Exhibit B attached
hereto.
B. Owen desires to dedicate these properties to the Town
for a right of way, and Town wishes to accept such dedication.
NOW, THEREFORE, IT IS AGREED by the parties as follows:
1. Right of Way. Owen hereby dedicates to the Town the
properties described on Exhibit A and Exhibit B attached hereto
and shown on Exhibit A-1 and Exhibit B-1 attached hereto (the
"Property") for right of way purposes.
2 . Acceptance. The Town has accepted this Dedication of
the Property by Resolution No. 43-91 and has authorized the Mayor
to execute this document on its behalf.
