RESOLUTION NO. 45-91
A RESOLUTION OF THE TOWN OF LOS ALTOS HILLS
AMENDING MUNICIPAL FEES
WHEREAS, the costs to the Town of Los Altos Hills to process
various permits and provide various services has increased; and
WHEREAS, the Town has complied with Government Code Section
54992 by holding at least one public meeting where writtenand
oral communication was considered regarding the proposed fee
increases and by, at least ten days in advance, making available
to the public all data upon which the proposed fee increases were
based;
NOW, THEREFORE, the Town of Los Altos Hills does RESOLVE as
follows:
The City Council of the Town of Los Altos Hills hereby
establishes the fees for certain permits and services as set
forth in Exhibit A attached hereto and incorporated by reference
herein.,

retroactively each month for incurred costs. Payments shall be deducted from the deposit only at the
end of the process or if the applicant does not pay his or her bills on a timely basis. Unused portions of
any deposit shall be refunded to the applicant who made the deposit.
