HomeMy WebLinkAbout46-91 • • • RESOLUTION NO. 46-91 RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE TOWN OF LOS ALTOS HILLS ACCEPTING DEDICATION OF RIGHT OF WAY ADJACENT TO BURKE AVENUE FROM LANDS OF F & H LIMITED WHEREAS, F & H Limited, a California Limited Partnership, has offered to dedicate a right of way to the Town on Lands of F & H Limited adjacent to Burke Avenue; and WHEREAS, the City Council of the Town has read and considered that dedication of right of way; NOW, THEREFORE, the City Council of the Town of Los Altos Hills does RESOLVE as follows: Section 1. The City Council of the Town of Los Altos Hills hereby accepts the dedication of property on Lands of F & H Limited for a right of way on behalf of the public. Section 2 . The Town of Los Altos Hills shall enter into and the Mayor is hereby authorized and directed to execute the Dedication of Right of Way, a copy of which is attached hereto as Exhibit A. Attention: City Clerk DEDICATION AND RIGHT-OF-WAY THIS DEDICATION AND RIGHT-OF-WAY ("Dedication") is dedicated by F&H Limited, a California General Partnership, Roy V. Harrington, general partner, 323 Covington Road, Los Altos, CA. and Bruce G. Fielding Jr, general partner, 275 Verano Drive, Los Altos, CA. (collectively, "Grantors") in favor of the Town of Los Altos Hills, a municipal corporation of the State of California ("Town"), effective as of the date of acceptance of the Dedication by the Town. RECITALS A. Grantors own, among other property, land adjacent to Burke Avenue in the Town of Los Altos Hills, California, which is described in Exhibit A attached hereto ("Property"), and Grantors wish to dedicate the Property to the Town.
