RESOLUTION NO. 59-91
RESOLUTION OF THE
CITY COUNCIL OF THE TOWN OF LOS ALTOS HILLS
ACCEPTING DEDICATION OF STORM DRAIN EASEMENT
FROM LANDS OF DOBROV
WHEREAS, Wadim I. and Barbara J. Dobrov have offered to
dedicate an easement for the construction, repair and maintenance
of storm drains to the Town on Lands of Dobrov; and
WHEREAS, the City Council of the Town has read and
considered that easement;
NOW, THEREFORE, the City Council of the Town of Los Altos
Hills does RESOLVE as follows:
Section 1. The City Council of the Town of Los Altos Hills
hereby accepts the dedication of an easement on Lands of Dobrov
for construction, repair and maintenance of storm drains on
behalf of the public.
Section 2 . The Town of Los Altos Hills shall enter into and
the Mayor is hereby authorized and directed to execute the
Dedication of Easement for Storm Drains, a copy of which is
attached hereto as Exhibit A.
Passed and adopted this 20th day of November , 1991.

DEDICATION OF EASEMENT FOR STORM DRAINS
THIS DEDICATION OF EASEMENT FOR STORM DRAINS ("Dedication")
is granted by Wadim I. and Barbara J. Dobrov ("Dobrovs") in
favor of the Town of Los Altos Hills, a municipal corporation of
the State of California ("Town") , effective as of the date of
execution by the Town.
RECITALS
A. Dobrovs own property described in the deed recorded
June 14, 1968 in Book 8156, Page 538, in the Official Records of
Santa Clara County, commonly known as 12660 Robleda Road.
B. Dobrovs desire to dedicate an easement on, over, under,
and through a portion of this property to the Town for
construction, repair and maintenance of storm drains, and Town
wishes to accept such dedication.
NOW, THEREFORE, IT IS AGREED by the parties as follows:
1. Right of Way. Dobrovs hereby dedicate to the Town an
easement on, over, under, and through the property described on
Exhibit A attached hereto and shown on Exhibit B `attached hereto
(the "Property") for construction, repair and maintenance of
storm drains.
2. Acceptance. The Town has accepted this Dedication of
the Property by Resolution No.59-91 and has authorized the Mayor
to execute this document on its behalf.
3 . Binding Effect. The provisions contained in this
Dedication shall run with the land and shall be binding upon and
inure to the benefit of the respective successors and assigns of
the parties to this Dedication.

LEGAL DESCRIPTION
STORM DRAINAGE EASEMENT
An easement for storm drainage purposes situate in the Town of Los
Altos Hills, County of Santa Clara, State of California, lying in, on,
over, under and along a portion of the lands described in the deed to Wadim
I. Dobrov and Barbara J. Dobrov recorded June 14, 1968 in Book 8156 of
Official Records of Santa Clara County at Page 538, said easement being a
strip of land, 10..00 feet in width, lying immediately adjacent to and 5.00
feet on each side of the following described centerline thereof:
BEGINNING at a point on the northeasterly line of said lands distant
thereon S. 28°30'00" E. 13.48 feet from the most northerly corner ,of said
lands; thence from said POINT OF BEGINNING leaving said northeasterly line
S. 48°16'38" W. 185.50 feet; thence S. 43°30 '49" W. 48.17 feet; thence
S. 48°16'38" W. 7.62 feet to the southwesterly line of said lands distant
thereon S. 31°00'00" E. 20.51 feet from the most westerly corner of said
lands said easement being contiguous, for its full width, at its southwest-
erly terminus to last said line and at its northeasterly terminus to the
northeasterly line of said lands.
This description has been prepared by me or under my direction in
accordance with the requirements of the Professional Land Surveyors' Act.
