LOS ALTOS HILLS ACCEPTING A CERTAIN EASEMENT DEEDAumE DER
(STORM DRAINAGE)

RESOLVED, by the City Council of the Town'of Los Altos Hills, County of
Santa Clara, that
WHEREAS, heretofore the Town of Los Altos Hills has received a certain
Easement Deed for storm drainage in Lot 4, Tract No. 2511, executed by
Douglas B. Earl and Lois L. Earl, his wife; and
WHEREAS, the Town of Los Altos Hills now desires to accept the
above-described Easement Deed, -
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED as follows:
1. That the Easement Deed executed Douglas B. Earl and Lois L. Earl, his
wife, be and the same hereby is accepted by the Town of Los Altos Hills.
2. The City Clerk of the Town of Los Altos Hills hereby is directed and
ordered to cause the Easement Deed (Storm Drain) described above to be
recorded in the Office of the Recorder of the County of Santa Clara.
REGULARLY passed and adopted this 17 day of January 1990.

EASEMENT DEED

DOUGLAS B. EARL and LOIS L. EARL, his wife, hereby GRANT to the
TOWN OF LOS ALTOS HILLS, a Municipal Corporation of the State of California
an EASEMENT for the construction, reconstruction, operation, repair,
maintenance, replacement, relocation and enlargement of public utilities,
consisting of storm drainagefacilities and storm sewers, together with
ingress thereto and egress therefrom, in, through, across, along and beneath
the following described real property situate in the Town of Los Altos Hills,
County of Santa Clara, State of California, to wit:
A portion of Lot 4 as said Lot is shown on the map of
Tract No. 2511, Byrd Subdivision recorded in Book 110 of
Maps at Page 27, Santa Clara County Records, said
-easement being a strip--of land, 15 feet in width, lying - -
immediately adjacent to and westerly of the following
described easterly line thereof:
Beginning at a point on^the southerly line of said Lot 4
distant thereon N 68° 07' 45" W 81.79 feet from the most
southerly corner of said Lot 4; thence from said POINT
OF BEGINNING leaving said southerly line N 6° 50' 39" E
25.89 feet to a point on the northerly line of said Lot 4
and the northerly terminus of the herein described
easterly line said easement being continuous for its full
width at its northerly terminus to the northerly line of
said Lot 4 and at its southerly terminus to the said
southerly line of Lot 4.
