CERTAIN EASEMENT DEED FOR ROAD PURPOS

RESOLVED, by the City Council of the Town of Los Altos Hills, County of
Santa Clara, that
WHEREAS, heretofore the Town of Los Altos Hills has received a
certain Easement Deed executed by Chelman J. Wong,
WHEREAS, the Town of Los Altos Hills now desires to accept the
above-described Easement Deed,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED as follows:
1. That the Easement Deed executed by Chelman J. Wong be and the
same hereby is accepted by the Town of Los Altos Hills.
2. The City Clerk of the Town of Los Altos Hills hereby is directed and
ordered to cause the Easement Deed described above to be recorded in the
Office of the Recorder of the County of Santa Clara.
REGULARLY passed and adopted this 7th day of February, 1990.

CHELMAN J. WONG, hereby GRANTS to the TOWN OF LOS ALTOS HILLS,
a Municipal Corporation of the State of California, an EASEMENT for the
construction, reconstruction, and maintenance of streets and street
improvements, including but not limited to a pathway, drainage facilities,
storm sewers, water mains and pipes, street lighting facilities, sanitary sewer
and other public utilities in, over, across, and upon the following described
real property situate in the Town of Los Altos Hills, County of Santa Clara,
State of California, to wit:
A STRIP OF LAND THIRTY (30) FEET IN WIDTH, BEING SITUATED WITHIN THAT
1.289 ACRES PORTION OF THOSE LANDS SHOWN ON THE RECORD OF SURVEY
RECORDED IN BOOK 43 OF MAPS AT PAGE 16, SANTA CLARA COUNTY RECORDS
AND LOCATED IN THE TOWN OF LOS ALTOS HILLS, SANTA CLARA COUNTY,
CALIFORNIA,AND MORE PARTICULARLY DESCRIBED AS FOLLOWS:
BEGINNING ATA POINT IN THE CENTERLINE OF TMFFE AVENUE, SAID POINT ALSO
BEING THE MOST WESTERLY PROPERTY CORNER OF ABOVE SAID LANDS, THENCE
FROM SAID POINT OF BEGINNING SOUTH 25-50-17 EAST A DISTANCE OF 32.38
FEET ALONG THE WESTERLY PROPERTY LINE; THENCE LEAVING WESTERLY
PROPERTY LINE AND RUNNING PARALLEL TO, AND 30 FEET DISTANT FROM THE
NORTHERLY PROPERTY LINE, NORTH 86-15-10 EAST A DISTANCE OF 138.28
FEET; THENCE CONTINUING PARALLEL TO, AND 30 FEET DISTANT FROM, THE
