A RESOLUTION AMENDING RESOLUTION #129-89 RELATING TO DISCLOSURE
OF CONTACTS WITH COUNCILMEMBERS AND PLANNING COMMISSIONERS
AND INFORMATION RECEIVED OUTSIDE OF A PUBLIC HEARING
RESOLVED by the Town of Los Altos Hills, County of Santa Clara, State of
California, that
At the beginning of a public hearing on an application affecting any parcel of
property, Councilmembers and Planning Commissioners of the Town of Los Altos
Hills shall:
A. Disclose the following contacts they have had relative to the application:
1. Phone conversations with any person relative to the application.
2. Written communications with any person relative to the
application.
3. Meetings or social contacts at which the application was discussed.
4. Site visits and persons attending such visits.
B. Disclose any information received from any parties described in paragragh A that
would be relevant to a decision on the application and which is not already a part
of the hearing record.
C. Disclose any economic interest in the application or in parcels within 300 feet of
the parcel addressed in the application. No Commissioner or Councilmember
shall vote on such applications.
D. Disclose any economic interest in a parcel other than a principal residence within
2,500 feet of the parcel addressed in the application in accordance with regulations
of the Fair Political Practices Commission.

E. If the public hearing is continued to another date, Councilmembers and
Commissioners shall only be required at the continued hearing.to make
disclosures to cover the period since the last session of the hearing.
REGULARLY passed and adopted this 21st day of March, 1990.
