RESOLVED, by the City Council of the Town of Los Altos Hills, County of
LV
Santa Clara, that
WHEREAS, heretofore the Town of Los Altos Hills has received a certain
Easement Deed conveying a street easement for a portion of Page Mill Road
executed by Ronald T. Beeson; and
WHEREAS, the Town of Los Altos Hills now desires to accept the
above-described Easement Deed,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED as follows:
1. That the Easement Deed executed by Ronald T. Beeson, an unmarried
man, be and the same hereby is accepted by the Town of Los Altos Hills.
2. The City Clerk of the Town of Los Altos Hills hereby is directed and
ordered to cause the Easement Deed described above to be recorded in the
Office of the Recorder of the County,of Santa Clara.
REGULARLY passed and adopted this 2nd day of May, 1990.

EASEMENT DEED
RONALD T. BEESON, an unmarried man, hereby GRANTS to the TOWN OF
LOS ALTOS HILLS, a Municipal Corporation of the State of California, an
EASEMENT for the construction, reconstruction, and maintenance of streets
and street improvements, including but not limited to a pathway, drainage
facilities, storm sewers, water mains and pipes, street lighting facilities,
sanitary sewer and other public utilities in, over, across, and upon the
following described real property situate in the Town of Los Altos Hills,
Countyof Santa Clara, State of California, o wit:
All that certain Lot and Parcel of Land situated in the County of
Santa Clara, State of California, being a portion of the Blanco
Rancho, as described and conveyed by Deed from Antonio Bau
Blanco and wife, to Redwood City Realty Company, a
Corporation, dated March 29, 1911, and recorded in Volume
370 of Deeds, and Page 50, to which Deed and said record
thereof, reference is hereby made and the same made a part
thereof, and particularly described as follows:
BEGINNING at a point on the Northerly line of the Blanco Rancho, which point
bears S 74° 48' E, 336.86 feet from a monument set in the Northwesterly corner
of said Rancho marked "B2-3", to the point of beginning, said point is also the
easterly right of way line of Page Mill Road; thence S 74° 48' E, 12.43 feet;
thence S 20° 51' E, 119.25 feet; thence 5 13° 56' 30" E, 128.39 feet; thence S
59° 40' 30" E, 137.42 feet; thence 5 8° 35' 30" E, 118.31 feet; thence S 14°

95.59'; thence N 76° 31' 30" E, 115.18 feet; thence S 15° 25' 21" E, 10.00
