COUNTY' LAURIE KANE RtEenRr'F RESOLVED, by the City Council of the Town of Los Altos Hills, County of LV Santa Clara, that WHEREAS, heretofore the Town of Los Altos Hills has received a certain Easement Deed conveying a street easement for a portion of Page Mill Road executed by Ronald T. Beeson; and WHEREAS, the Town of Los Altos Hills now desires to accept the above-described Easement Deed, NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED as follows: 1. That the Easement Deed executed by Ronald T. Beeson, an unmarried man, be and the same hereby is accepted by the Town of Los Altos Hills. 2. The City Clerk of the Town of Los Altos Hills hereby is directed and ordered to cause the Easement Deed described above to be recorded in the Office of the Recorder of the County,of Santa Clara. REGULARLY passed and adopted this 2nd day of May, 1990.
