HomeMy WebLinkAbout44-90 • S • 10657 538 E4 J . il CO RESOLUTION NO. 44-90 RESOLUTION OF THE �a CITY COUNCIL OF THE TOWN OF LOS ALTOS HILLS ACCEPTING THE OFFER OF DEDICATION OF THE PROPERTY ON LANDS OF ROOKER CD , WHEREAS, Raymond and Betty Rooker have offered to dedicate to the Town of Los Altos Hills 30 feet of right of way adjacent to Fernhill Avenue on the lands of Rooker; and WHEREAS, the City Council of the Town of Los Altos Hills wishes to accept this offer of dedication on behalf of the Town. NOW, THEREFORE, the City Council of the Town of Los Altos Hills does RESOLVE as follows: Section 1. The City Council of the Town of Los Altos Hills hereby accepts on behalf of the public 30 feet of right of way on lands of Rooker adjacent to Fernhill Avenue as set forth in the offer of dedication from Raymond and Betty Rooker attached hereto. Passed and adopted this 5th day of September , 1990. B attached hereto, do hereby make an irrevocable offer of dedication of the Property to the TOWN and its successors or assigns, for street, highway and utility purposes. It is understood and agreed that TOWN, its successors and assigns, City Council, directors, officers, employees or agents shall incur no liability with respect to this offer of dedication and shall not assume any responsibility for the offered parcel of land or any improvements thereon or therein, until such offer has been accepted by appropriate action of the City Council. The provisions hereof shall inure to the benefit of and be binding upon the heirs, successors, assigns and personal representatives of the respective parties to this Offer of Dedication.
