HomeMy WebLinkAbout50-90 M '.__ • • e RESOLUTION NO. 50-90 A RESOLUTION OF THE TOWN OF LOS ALTOS HILLS AMENDING MUNICIPAL -FEES FOR PERMITS WHEREAS, the costs to the Town of Los Altos Hills to process various permits has increased; and WHEREAS, the Town has studied increasing the fees for various land use permits in order to recover the cost of processing such permits; and WHEREAS, the Town has complied with Government Code Section 54992 by holding at least one public meeting where written and oral communication was considered regarding the proposed fee increases and at least ten days in advance making available to the public all data upon which the proposed fee increases were based; NOW, THEREFORE, the Town of Los Altos Hills does RESOLVE -as follows: The City Council of the Town of Los Altos Hills hereby establishes the fees for certain land use permits as set forth in Exhibit A attached hereto and incorporated by reference herein.
