RESOLUTION NO. 10-89
A RESOLUTION ACCEPTING AS COMPLETED THE WORK
OF CONSTRUCTION OF 1988 PAVEMENT MANAGEMENT ROAD
IMPROVEMENTS, AUTHORIZING FINAL PAYMENT CONCERNING
SUCH WORK,AND DIRECTING THE CITY CLERK TO
FILE NOTICE OF COMPLETION
RESOLVED by the Town of Los Altos Hills, County of Santa Clara, State
of California, that
WHEREAS, the City Engineer and Director of Public Works of the Town
of Los Altos Hills, (herein called the "TOWN") has, in writing, made and filed
in the Office of the City Clerk his notice or certificate certifying that the work
under contract described as the "1988 Pavement Management Road
Improvements" has been completed in conformance with the Plans and
Specifications for said project, and has recommended that said work be
accepted as complete and satisfactory,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDERED by the City Council of the TOWN that
the above-described work by and with El Camino Paving, Inc., a Corporation,
as mentioned in the said notice or certificate of said City Engineer and
Director of Public Works, be and the same is hereby accepted as complete and
the appropriate officer of the TOWN is authorized to make final payment
concerning the above-described work.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the City Clerk be, and she is hereby
authorized and directed to file with the County Recorder of the County of
Santa Clara, notice of the completion of said project within ten (10) days from
the date of this Resolution.
REGULARLY passed and adopted this 18th day of Janaury, 1989.
