HomeMy WebLinkAbout25-89 10027996 RESOLUTION NO. 25-89 • K 867PAGE 106 A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE TOWN OF LOS ALTOS HILLS ACCEPTING A CERTAIN DEED (PURISSIMA AVENUE AND CONCEPCION AVENUE) RESOLVED, by the City Council of the Town of Los Altos Hills, County of Santa Clara, that WHEREAS, heretofore the Town of Los Altos Hills has received a certain Deed executed on behalf of Gordon Snedigar Construction, a Corporation, concerning Purissima Avenue and Concepcion Avenue; and WHEREAS, the Town of Los Altos Hills now desires to accept the above-described Deed, NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED as follows: 1. That-the Deed executed on behalf of Gordon Snedigar Corporation be and the same hereby is accepted by the Town of Los Altos Hills. 2.
