A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
TOWN OF LOS ALTOS HILLS ACCEPTING A CERTAIN DEED
(PURISSIMA AVENUE AND CONCEPCION AVENUE)
RESOLVED, by the City Council of the Town of Los Altos Hills, County of
Santa Clara, that
WHEREAS, heretofore the Town of Los Altos Hills has received a certain
Deed executed on behalf of Gordon Snedigar Construction, a Corporation,
concerning Purissima Avenue and Concepcion Avenue; and
WHEREAS, the Town of Los Altos Hills now desires to accept the
above-described Deed,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED as follows:
1. That-the Deed executed on behalf of Gordon Snedigar Corporation be
and the same hereby is accepted by the Town of Los Altos Hills.
2. The City Clerk of the Town of Los Altos Hills hereby is directed and
ordered to cause the Deed described above to be recorded in the Office of the
-Recorder of the County of Santa Clara. -
REGULARLY passed and adopted this 15th day of February, 1989.

Portion of Lot 17, as shown upon that certain map entitled "Map
of the Subdivision of Lot 3 of the Taaffe Partition in Rancho La
Purissima Concepcion" which map was filed for record in the
Office of the Recorder of the County of Santa Clara, State of
California, on August 6, 1897 in Book I of Maps, at Pages 70 and
71;
Beginning at an iron pipe set at the point of intersection of the
centerline of Purissima Avenue with ,the centerline of Concepcion
Avenue, as said Avenues are shown upop the map above referred to;
Running thence North 36°20'00 West along the said center line of
Purissima Avenue 247.11 feet;
Thence at right angles North 53"40'00 ,East 30.00 feet;

30 feet, measured at right angles , 245.17 feet to a point in said
centerline of Concepcion Avenue;
