PATHWAY EASEMENT DEED LAURIE. JUN
RESOLVED, by the City Council of the Town of Los Altos Hills, County of
Santa Clara, that
WHEREAS, heretofore the Town of Los Altos Hills has received a
certain Pathway Easement Deed executed by James M. McCleery and Cidnia
G. McCleery, his wife,
WHEREAS, the Town of Los Altos Hills now desires to accept the
above-described Pathway Easement Deed,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED as follows:- - - •. - --
1. That the Pathway Easement Deed executed by James M. McCleery
and Cidnia G. McCleery, his wife, be and the same hereby is accepted by the ,
Town of Los Altos Hills.
2. The City Clerk of the Town of Los Altos Hills hereby is directed and
ordered to cause the Pathway Easement Deed described above to be
recorded in the Office of the Recorder of the County of Santa Clara.
REGULARLY passed and adopted this 6th day of September, 1989.

EASEMENT DEED
JAMES M. McCLEERY and CIDNIA G. McCLEERY his wife ,
hereby GRANT to the TOWN OF LOS ALTOS HILLS , a Municipal
Corporation of the State of California, a PATHWAY EASEMENT for
equestrians and pedestrians , together with ingress thereto and
egress therefrom and the right to install , maintain, repair,
protect and replace, a PATHWAY thereon together with
appurtenances thereto, in, on, over, across , along and upon the
following described real property situate in the Town of Los
Altos Hills , County of Santa Clara, State of California, to Wit :
Being a portion of Lot 1as shown of that certain Tract
Map No . 3627 , said map was filed for record in the
Office of the Recorder of the County of Santa Clara,
State of California on January 28 , 1965 in Book 190 of
Maps , Page 22 , being more fully described as follows :
Beginning at the westerly corner of said Lot 1 , thence
along the westerly boundary of said Lot 1 , South 21°
52 ' 23" East , 50 . 00 ' feet , to the True Point of
Beginning of the centerline of a 10 foot wide
Pedestrian and Equestrian Easement , hereafter referred
to as "Pathway Easement" and the centerline of a 20
foot wide Purissima Hills Water District Easement ,
hereafter referred to as "P.H.W.D. Easement" ;
Thence , South 65° 57 ' 39" East , 45 . 89 feet ;
Thence , North 54° 00 ' 00" East , 65 . 87 feet,- . to a point on
the northerly boundary of said Lot 1 , being 114 . 36 feet
along the northerly boundary from the point of
beginning .
