RESOLUTION NO. 2-88
A RESOLUTION APPROVING AND AUTHORIZING EXECUTION
OF ADDENDUM TO
PRIVATE SANITARY SEWER MAINTENANCE
AGREEMENT BETWEEN THE TOWN OF LOS ALTOS HILLS AND TOD
PROPERTIES INC., BAS HOMES INC., AND ROBERT A. MELKONQF - -
AND':GATHER-INE S.MEL NOFF_;_ AND ORDERING RECORDATION
THEREOF
RESOLVED, by the City Council of the Town of Los Altos Hills, County of
Santa Clara, State of California,
that
WHEREAS, the City Council of the Town of Los Altos Hills has read and
considered Addendum to that certain "Private Sanitary Sewer Maintenance
Agreement" (herein called the "Agreement") between the TOWN OF LOS
ALTOS HILLS and TODD PROPERTIES INC., a California Corporation and BAS
HOMES INC., a Corporation, and ROBERT A. .MELKONOFF--AND CATHERINE---S.,`-
'MELKoNOFF �; wherein the above named corporations and individuals as the
owners of the real properties described in the Agreement agree to allow
- MELXONOFF
Robert A. ;MELKONOFF._ AND CATHERINE S. . - to connect into the Private
Sewer System and agree to maintain the Private Sewer System described in
the Agreement at the expense of themselves and their respective assigns and
successors in title.
NOW, THEREFORE, IT IS FOUND, ORDERED AND DETERMINED as follows:
I. Public interest and convenience require the entering into of a
Addendum to the Agreement, and the Town of Los Altos Hills hereby this
Addendum to the Agreement.

2. The Town of Los Altos Hills shall enter into and the Mayor and City
Clerk of the Town of Los Altos Hills be, and they and each of them hereby is
authorized and directed on behalf of said Town, respectively, to execute and
attest the above-described Addendum to the Agreement.
3. The Addendum to the Agreement be and it hereby is accepted and
the City Clerk being she hereby is directed and ordered to cause the
Addendum to the Agreement to be recorded in the Office of the Recorder of
the County of Santa Clara, State of California.
REGULARLY passed and adopted this 6th day of January, 1988.
