Home My WebLink About66-08 • • 66-08 RESOLUTION No. A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE TOWN OF LOS ALTOS HILLS ADOPTING THE OPERATING BUDGET FOR THE CITIZENS' OPTION FOR PUBLIC SAFETY FUND FOR FISCAL YEAR 2008 - 2009 WHEREAS, the City Council of the Town of Los Altos Hills received and completed its review of the proposed Operating and Capital Improvement Program Budgets for fiscal year 2008 - 2009 which included appropriations for the Citizens Option for Public Safety Fund(COPS); and WHEREAS, the City Council of the Town of Los Altos Hills adopted the Operating and Capital Improvement Program Budgets for fiscal year 2008-2009 at its meeting of June 11, 2008; and WHEREAS the City Council is required to conduct a public hearing to approve COPS appropriations; NOW THEREFORE, the City Council of the Town of Los Altos Hills does hereby resolve that the appropriations approved for the COPS Fund for Fiscal Year 2008 - 2009 as presented in Attachment I are approved.
