Dekraker and Pauline Dekraker, his <br /> wife;.and <br /> WHEREAS, the Town of Los Altos Hills now desires to accept the <br /> above-described Easement Deed conveying an easement for a portion of <br /> Byrne Park Lane, <br /> NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED as follows: <br /> 1. That the Easement Deed executed by Glenn M. Dekraker and Pauline <br /> Dekraker be and the same hereby is accepted by the Town of Los Altos hills. <br /> 2.
