Dekraker and Pauline Dekraker, his wife;.and WHEREAS, the Town of Los Altos Hills now desires to accept the above-described Easement Deed conveying an easement for a portion of Byrne Park Lane, NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED as follows: 1. That the Easement Deed executed by Glenn M. Dekraker and Pauline Dekraker be and the same hereby is accepted by the Town of Los Altos hills. 2. The City Clerk of the Town of Los Altos Hills hereby is directed and ordered to cause the Easement Deed described above to be recorded in the Office of the Recorder of the County of Santa Clara. REGULARLY passed and adopted this. 6th day of April , 1988.
