Councilmembers were concerned about the process and complaints that it was lengthy and complicated. They questioned whether these applications could be heard at the administrative level rather than by the Site Development Committee. Mrs. Struthers spoke in favor of the Site Development Process. She felt it was very worthwhile and more informal than a full Planning Commission Meeting.
