"Q J j�� 9725853ct , K 5 �7OPAGE 66 "7 RESOLUTION NO. 43--'88 fi A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE TOWN OF LOS ALTOS HILLS ACCEPTING A CERTAIN Ern A T3 4B PATH AND TRAIL EASEMENT DEED RESOLVED, by the City Council of the Town of Los Altos Hills, County of Santa Clara, that WHEREAS, heretofore the Town of Los Altos Hills has received a certain Path and Trail Easement Deed executed by and on behalf of Munsey Development Corporation, a corporation, WHEREAS, the Town of Los Altos Hills now desires to accept the above-described NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED as follows: 1. That the Path and Trail Easement Deed executed by and on behalf of Munsey Development Corporation be and the same hereby is accepted by the Town of Los Altos hills. 2. The City Clerk of the Town of Los Altos Hills hereby is directed and ordered to cause the Path and Trail Easement Deed described above to be recorded in the Office of the Recorder of the County of Santa Clara. REGULARLY passed and adopted this 4th day of May, 1988. Page 2 that corner being coincident with the southern most corner of Lot 2 as shown on the same map; thence South 43° 45'00" West 145.85 feet parallel to the centerline of Magdalena Avenue; thence along a curve to the right a distance of 20.94 feet through an angle of 60°00'00" with a radius of 20.00 feet; thence North 43- 45'00" East 163.26 feet along a line parallel to and ten feet distant from the Southeast property line of Lot 1. thence South 45° 45'15" East 10.00 feet to the true point of beginning containing 1715.6 square feet more or less.
