'RESOLUTION APPROVING TENT
ATIVE PARCEL MAP OF
LANDO OF OSHIMA
RESOLVED, by the City Council of the Town of Los Altos Hills, County of
Santa Clara, State of California, that
WHEREAS, the City Council having examined the proposed Tentative
Map entitled
"Tentative Map Lands of Oshima Being a portion of
Lot 39, as shown on that certain map entitled "Map
of the M. & M. Taaffe Subdivision of Lot of the Taaffe
Partition in the Rancho La Purissima Concepcion"
Recorded in Book 1 of Maps at Pages 72 & 73, Santa
Clara County Records Town of Los Altos Hills,
California."
herein referred to as the "Tentative Map"; and
WHEREAS, the Tentative Map having been reviewed by any other
public agencies entitled to do so, and the recommendations of any such public
agencies having been considered by the City Council prior to its taking action
on the Tentative map; and
WHEREAS, the City Council having conducted a hearing concerning the
Tentative Map and having considered the evidence presented at the hearing;
and
WHEREAS, the City Council having determine that the Tentative Map is
in conformity with the requirements of Chapter 4 entitled "Subdivision" of
Title 9 of the Los Altos Hills Municipal Code; and the Subdivision Map Act of
the State of California commencing at Section 66410 of the Government Code;
and
WHEREAS, the City Council having read and considered the proposed
conditions of approval concerning the Tentative Map which have been
recommended by the Planning Commission,
NOW, THEREFORE, IT IS HEREBY FOUND, ORDERED AND DETERMINED as
follows:

•he City Council of the Town of Los Altos Hills her e approves the
above-described Tentative Map subject to performance of and compliance
with each of the Conditions of Approval which are set forth in Exhibit "A"
attached hereto, entitled"Conditions of Approval of Tentative Map", and which
conditions are incorporated herein by reference and made a part of this
Resolution as though set forth fully herein.
REGULARLY passed and adopted this 18L day of May, 1988 .

PLANNING COMMISSION RECOMMENDED
CONDITIONS OF APPROVAL
TENTATIVE MAP #TM-188 - Lands of Oshima, 25891 Fremont Road,

LAND AND EASEMENT DEDICATIONS:
1 . Applicant shall dedicate ten (10 ' ) feet of Fremont Road
right-of-way to bring the half street width to current Town
standards of 30 ' .
2 . Applicant shall dedicate a 35 ' wide right-of-way for a pri-
vate street in the location shown on the Tentative Map as
an ingress-egress easement. The Final Map shall reflect
this right-of-way dedication.
PUBLIC UTILITIES:
3 . All parcels are to connect to sanitary sewers prior to ap-
proval of a site development permit for development on ei-
ther lot.
4 . The two joint utility poles adjacent to the property along
Fremont Road are to be moved to the new Fremont Road right-
of-way prior to recordation of the final map, or bonded. (AMENDED BY
MUNCIL 5/18/88):
5 . The grading around the existing drop inlet within the storm
drain easement on APN 175-34-031 (Lands of Stoddard) is to
be revised to accomodate the drainage from the Fremont Road
frontage and future subdivision grading .
6 . All utilities are to be underground .
IMPROVEMENTS:
7 . Applicant shall upgrade the existing pathway along Fremont
Road to a Type IIB prior to recordation of the final map; or bonded.

8 . A road maintenance agreement including both proposed lots
and the existing lot designated APN 175-22-9 shall be
prepared in a form approved by the City Attorney , and re-
corded at the time of recordation of the final map.
PLANNING AND ZONING:
9 . The existing fence along Fremont Road shall be removed to a
point which is conforming to the zoning ordinance, that is
30 ' from the centerline of Fremont Road , prior to recorda-
tion of the final maps or bonded. (AMENDED BY .COUNCIL 5/18/-88)

11 .The Final Map shall be recorded with a restriction that the
height of structures on the Lands of Oshima, Lots 1 and 2
not exceed 4&*feet in height. A note describing this
restriction shall be made on the Final Map.
