RESOLUTION NO. 76-88 <br /> A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE TOWN OF <br /> LOS ALTOS HILLS, STATE OF CALIFORNIA, ADOPTING <br /> AN APPROPRIATIONS LIMIT FOR THE 1988-1989 FISCAL YEAR <br /> RESOLVED, by the City Council of the Town of Los Altos Hills, County of <br /> Santa Clara, State of California, that <br /> WHEREAS, each year the Town of Los Altos Hills, is required to <br /> establish its Appropriations Limit for each year pursuant to Article XIII B of <br /> the California Constitution; and <br /> WHEREAS, the City Council, by Resolution, did set August 3, 1988, at the <br /> hour of 7:15 p.m. in the Council Chambers, Town Hall, Los Altos Hills, <br /> California, as the time and place of the meeting at which the Council proposes <br /> to establish its Appropriations Limit for the fiscal year 1988 - 1989 ; and <br /> WHEREAS, the City Council has made available to the public the <br /> documentation used in determining the Appropriations Limit fifteen (15) days <br /> prior to the date of the meeting at which the Appropriations Limit is <br /> proposed to be adopted, and the Council having heard all persons desiring to <br /> speak on the matter, and having fully considered the matter, <br /> NOW, THEREFORE, IT IS HEREBY ORDERED as follows: <br />
