HomeMy WebLinkAbout29-15 RESOLUTION 29-15 A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE TOWN OF LOS ALTOS HILLS AUTHORIZING AMENDING THE CLASSIFICATION AND COMPENSATION PLAN BY 1. ADDITION OF ADMINISTRATIVE CLERK/TECHNICIAN; AND 2. CONSOLIDATION OF OFFICE SPECIALIST AND COMMUNITY DEVELOPMENT SPECIALIST POSITIONS INTO ADMINISTRATIVE CLERK/TECHNICIAN WHEREAS,the Town's Office Specialist job class specification was last reviewed in 2005; and WHEREAS, the Town's Community Development Specialist job class specification was last reviewed in 2011; and WHEREAS, the Personnel Rules and Regulations and Employee Classification and Compensation Plan documents were last comprehensively reviewed and updated in 2006 and revised in 2007, 2008, 2009, 2010, 2011, 2012, 2013, and 2014; and WHEREAS the Town's Rules and Regulations and Employee Classification and Compensation Plan must be updated to reflect changes in compensation and payroll practices; and NOW, THEREFORE,BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the Town of Los Altos Hills approve and adopt amendments to the Employee Classification and Compensation Plan to: 1. Add an Administrative Clerk/Technician position; and 2. Consolidate the Office Specialist and Community Development Specialist positions into an Administrative Clerk/Technician position. The above and foregoing Resolution was passed and adopted by the City Council of the Town of Los Altos Hills at a regular meeting held on the 21 st day of May, 2015 by the following vote: AYES: Corrigan, Harpootlian, Larsen, Radford, Waldeck NOES: None ABSTAIN: None ABSENT: None BYIC enay .
