HomeMy WebLinkAbout130-88 i. • ',{ _ • • RESOLUTION NO. 130-88 A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE TOWN OF LOS ALTOS HILLS SETTING THE TIME AND PLACE OF PUBLIC HEARING ON A FURTHER PROPOSED AMENDMENT TO THE TEXT OF CHAPTER 1 OF TITLE 10 OF THE LOS ALTOS HILLS MUNICIPAL CODE ENTITLED "ZONING LAW OF THE TOWN OF LOS ALTOS HILLS" FOR LAND OF QUARRY HILLS RESOLVED, by the City Council of the Town of Los Altos Hills, County of Santa Clara, State of California that WHEREAS, there has been filed with the Town of Los Altos Hills applications by John Vidovich and De Anza Properties pertaining to 358 acres, more or less, presently located within the unincorporated territory of Santa Clara County at the westerly terminus of Stonebrook on the site of the Neary Quarry (herein called "Quarry Hills"), and which applications related to certain matters which were the subject of a Public Hearing on December 20, 1988; and WHEREAS, a Hearing has been conducted concerning a proposed Final Environmental Impact Report which had been prepared and filed with the City Clerk; and WHEREAS, heretofore, the Planning Commission has conducted a Hearing on a proposed further amendment to Chapter 1 of Title 10 of the Los Altos Hills Municipal Code which would add thereto Article 10 entitled "Residential-Open Space (ROS) Zoning District; and WHEREAS, a Public Hearing thereon is required to be conducted by the City Council, NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED as follows: 1. The City Council does hereby set as the date, time, and place for the Public Hearing on the proposed further amendment to the Town Zoning • • Law described above, the hour of 7:15 p.m. on Monday, January 9, 1989, Fremont Hills Country Club, 12889 Viscaino Place, 3 H-aif2fr3.79--Frem nt*ventre, Los Altos Hills, California. 2. The City Clerk is hereby ordered and directed to do each of the following not less than ten (10) days prior to the date of the hearing, to wit; (a) to cause "Notice of Public Hearing" to be posted in at least three (3) public places in the Town. (b) to cause copies of Notice of Public Hearing to be posted for not less than five hundred (500) feet at approximately one hundred (100) foot intervals from each boundary of Quarry Hills along the road(s) upon which the property abuts or from an access road or way to property not having public road frontage. (c) to cause to be mailed by First Class mail a copy of the Notice of Public Hearing to all organizations and individuals who have previously requested such Notice. (d) to give Notice of said Public Hearing by First Class mail or by personal delivery (1) to the owner of the real property, Quarry Hills, (2) to the applicant named above, and (3) to all persons, including individuals, corporations, or other public entities, shown on the last equalized assessment roll as owning real property within five hundred (500) feet of the Quarry Hills real property described above.
