HomeMy WebLinkAbout12-87 ' • . - • RESOLUTION NO. 12-87 A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE TOWN OF LOS ALTOS HILLS ACCEPTING THE REMAINING IMPROVEMENTS IN CONNECTION WITH THE FENWICK SUBDIVISION RESOLVED, bythe CityCouncil of the Town of Los Altos Hills, County of Santa Clara, State of California, that WHEREAS, certain improvements were required to be constructed as • a condition of approval of the final parcel map, entitled "PARCEL MAP being all of Parcel 2, as shown on that certain 'Parcel Map' recorded in Book 339 of maps at Page 3, Santa Clara County Records, California," Town cf Los Altos Hills, the improvements being more particularly set forth in the "Conditions of Approval" of the said subdivision, as amended and as heretofore approved by the City Council and on the Improvement Plans for said subdivision; and WHEREAS, the City Council of the Town of Los Altos Hills authorized the Mayor on behalf of the City Council, to execute that certain Subdivision Agreement between the said City and the Subdividers ROBERT B. FENWICK and JANET M. FENWICK as Trustees of the Fenwick Family Trust; and WHEREAS, on September 4, 1905 the City Council adopted Resolution No. 124-85 accepting the improvements for this subdivision as completed with the exception of the emergency access road; and WHEREAS, the City Engineer has certified that once more he has inspected the site and that all of •the improvements not previously accepted, namely the emergency access road, now has been satisfactorily • • completed in accordance with the "Conditions of Approval" and the Subdivision Improvement Plans, NOW, THEREFORE, 8E IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the Town of Los Altos Hills that said improvements not previously accepted, namely the emergency access road, be and the same hereby is accepted as complete. 8E IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the Instrument of Credit in the amount of Eight Thousand, One Hundred and Eighty-Five Dollars ($8,185), which was filed by the Subdividers above named following the adoption of Resolution No. 124-85 shall continue in effect to guarantee performance of the landscape requirements which were imposed upon this Subdivision until such time as this bond shall be released by Order of the City Council upon recommendation of the Director of Public Works.
