RESOLUTION NO. 84-87
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE TOWN OF LOS
ALTOS HILLS AWARDING A CONTRACT FOR THE UPPER ARASTRADERO
ROAD RECONSTRUCTION
RESOLVED, by the City Council of the Town of Los Altos Hills, that
WHEREAS, the City Council of the Town of Los Altos Hills did, in open
session, duly examine and consider all bids submitted to it for the
"Upper Arastradero Road Reconstruction;" and
WHEREAS, the City Council rejected all of said bids except that bid
next hereinafter mentioned, and said City Council awarded the said contract
to the lowest responsible bidder, to wit:
Conexco, Inc.
at the price named in their bid, to wit:
$47,420
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the Town of
Los Altos Hills that the Mayor is hereby authorized and directed to execute
the contract so awarded to the above-named firm on behalf of the Town of
Los Altos Hills, and the City Clerk is hereby directed to attest her signature
thereto.
REGULARLY passed and adopted this 2nd day of September, 1987.
