K 334Pa4E1594, 1::. it> TO26379 FREMONTLOSALTROAD HILLS 9477336 OF 336 LOS ALTOS HILLS,CALIFORNIA 94022 RESOLUT ION NO. 101-87 TELEPHONE: 415/941-7222 A_RESOLUTION APPROVING LOT LINE ADJUSTMENT BETWEEN LOTS 8 AND 9 IN RHUS RIDGE, TRACT 4169, RHUS RIDGE RANCHOS RESOLVED, by the City Council of the Town of Los Altos Hills, County of Santa Clara, State of California, that WHEREAS, heretofore there was recorded in Book 278 of Maps at Pages 52, 53 and 54, Santa Clara County Records, a subdivision map entitled Tract 4169, Rhus Ridge Ranchos and which map contained Lots 8 and 9 among others; and WHEREAS, it appears that the owner of Lots 8 and 9 desires to have the adjustment of their respective lot lines approved; and WHEREAS, the City Council desires to approve adjustment of the lot lines between Lots 8 and 9, said Lots 8 and 9 being contiguous one to the other; NOW, THEREFORE, IT IS HEREBY FOUND, ORDERED AND DETERMINED as follows: 1. The proposed lot line adjustment between Lots 8 and 9 is between two existing adjacent parcels and the new lot line would subtract certain land from Lot 8 and add it to Lot 9, and would subtract certain other land from Lot 9 and add it to Lot 8, as morearticular) set forth in Exhibit "A" attached P Y hereto and incorporated herein by reference. 2. Approval of the lot line adjustment would not result in a greater number of parcels than originally existed being created thereby. 3. Pursuant to the authority of Subsection (d) of Section 66412 of the Government Code of California, the City Council of the Town of Los Altos Hills hereby approves the lot line adjustment referred to above. REGULARLY passed and adopted this 7th day of October, 1987. ATTEST: CITY CLERK MAYOR 10187 • cs EXHIBIT -A- K 334PA6El594 This new lot line adds to Lot 9 and subtracts from Lot 8 the following described property which shall be considered Parcel: PARCEL A PROPERTY DESCRIPTIONS LOTS 8 AND 9 TRACT 4169 ADD TO LOT 9 A portion of Lot 8, Tract 4169, "Rhus Ridge Ranchos," Recorded February 11, 1971 in Book 278 of Maps at Pages 52, 53, and 54, Santa Clara County Records; BEGINNING at the easterly common corner of Lots 8 and 9, at the westerly line of Rhus Ridge Road, as said Lots and Road are shown on said Map of Tract 4169; Thence northerly along the said westerly line of Rhus Ridge Road, N 12° 20' 03" E, 11.50 feet; Thence leaving said westerly line of Rhus Ridge Road on a line parallel with and 9.50 feet northerly of the common line of Lots 8 and 9, S 68° 00' 50" W, 105.94 feet; Thence S 56° 56' 23" W, 49.46 feet to the said common line of Lots 8 and 9; Thence along said common line of said Lots 8 and 9, N 68° 00' 50" E. 147.99 feet to the point of beginning. Containing 1,206.17 square feet more or less. This new lot line further adds to Lot 8 and subtracts from Lot 9 the following described property which shall be considered Parcel B: PARCEL B ADD TO LOT 8 A portion of Lot 9, Tract 4169, "Rhus Ridge Ranchos", Recorded February 11, 1971 in Book 278 of Maps at Pages 52, 53, and 54, Santa Clara County Records; BEGINNING at the most westerly common corner of Lots 8 and 9, as said lots are shown on said Map of Tract 4169; Thence southerly along the westerly line of said Lot 9, S 21° 59' 10" E, 12.00 feet; Thence leaving said westerly lot line N 56° 56' 23" E, 62.47 feet to the common line of Lots 8 and 9; Thence along said common line of Lots 8 and 9 S 68° 00' 50" W, 6131 feet to the point of beginning.
