HomeMy WebLinkAbout110-87 • 0 RESOLUTION NO. 110-87 A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE TOWN OF LOS ALTOS HILLS, STATE OF CALIFORNIA ESTABLISHING FEES OR CHARGES FOR SEWAGE DISPOSAL SYSTEMS RESOLVED, by the City Council of the Town of Los Altos Hills, County of Santa Clara, State of California, that: Whereas the data required by Section 54992 of the Government Code indicating the amount of cost or estimated cost, of the Town of Los Altos Hills, required to provide the services for which the fees or service charges are proposed to be increased or to be levied, and the revenue sources anticipated to provide the services, were made available to the Public at least ten (10) days prior to October 21, 1987, in the Office of the City Clerk, Town Hall, Los Altos Hills, California, for inspection by the Public; and WHEREAS, the City Council has given members of the public an opportunity to make oral or written presentations concerning the proposed fees or charges, and has considered the proposed fees or charges before it as required by Section 54992 of the Government Code, NOW, THEREFORE BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED AND ORDERED by the City Council, that 1. Every person filing an application for any of the following items shall pay a non-refundable fee in the amount set opposite each item, to wit: ITEM FEE a. Private Sewage Disposal System $550 b. Repair/Reconstruction of Private Sewage Disposal System $225 c. Soil Percolation Test Holes (Every set of four or portion thereof) $200 • 2. The foregoing charges shall be paid to the Santa Clara County Environmental Health Services by the applicant at the time of issuance of a septic tank and drainfield permit by the Health Services. 3. Resolution No. 1213 adopted on June 20, 1979 is hereby repealed effective as of the date upon which the within Resolution becomes effective. 4. The within Resolution shall be in full force and effect on October 22, 1987. REGULARLY passed and adopted this 21 day of October , 198j MAYOR ATTEST: CITY CLERK 101287 -2-
