RESOLUTION NO. 114-87
A RESOLUTION APPROVING AND AUTHORIZING EXECUTION
OF FOURTH ADDENDUM TO. AGREEMENT BETWEEN THE TOWN OF LOS
ALTOS HILLS AND LOS ALTOS GARBAGE COMPANY
RESOLVED, by the City Council of the Town of Los Altos Hills, County of
Santa Clara, State of California, that
WHEREAS, on or about May 3, 1977, the Town of Los Altos Hills (herein
called "TOWN") and Los Altos Garbage Company, a partnership (herein called
"COMPANY"), entered into an Agreement for the collection and disposal of
garbage, refuse, swill and waste matter within the TOWN; and
WHEREAS, thereafter TOWN and COMPANY entered into the following
addenda .

and providing for periodic
rate adjustments;
and
WHEREAS, the City Council of TOWN has read and considered that
certain Fourth Addendum to the above-described Agreement, concerning
requirements for corporate surety bonds, .
NOW, THEREFORE, IT IS FOUND, ORDERED AND DETERMINED as follows:.
1. Public interest and convenience require the entering into of a
Fourth Addendum to Agreement described above, and the Town of Los Altos
Hills hereby approves this Fourth Addendum to Agreement.
2. The Town of Los Altos"Hills.shall enter into and the Mayor and City
Clerk of the Town of Los Altos Hills be, and they and each of them hereby is
authorized and directed on behalf of said Town, respectively, to execute and
attest the above-described Fourth Addendum to Agreement.
REGULARLY passed and adopted this 4th day of November, 1987.
