RESOLUTION NO. 119-87
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE TOWN OF LOS
ALTOS HILLS ACCEPTING CERTAIN IMPROVEMENTS IN
CONNECTION WITH LANDS OF KELLY
RESOLVED by the Town of Los Altos Hills, County of Santa Clara, State
of California, that
WHEREAS, certain improvements were required to be constructed as a
condition of approval of the Final Parcel Map, entitled
"Parcel Map of.Lot Line Adjustment Lots 5 and 22 as shown on
Map Entitled (Map of Hil!haven) filed in Book 4 of Maps at Page 20,
Santa Clara County Records, Town of Los Altos Hills, Santa Clara
County, California"
the improvements being more particularly set forth in the "Conditions of.
Approval" of the said subdivision, as approved by the City Council on March
19, 1986 and on the Improvement Plans for said subdivision; and,
WHEREAS, the City.Council of the Town of Los Altos Hills authorized the
Mayor, on behalf of the City Council, to execute that certain Subdivision-
Agreement between the said Town and the developers; and,
WHEREAS, the City Engineer has certified that he has inspected the site
and that the improvements have been satisfactorily completed in accordance
with the "Conditions of Approval" and the Subdivision Improvement Plans.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the Town of
Los Altos Hills that the improvements described above be, and the same are
hereby accepted. .
REGULARLY passed and adopted this 18th day of November, 1987.
