RESOLUTION NO. 6-86
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
THE TOWN OF LOS ALTOS HILLS ACCEPTING A CERTAIN
PATHWAY AND TRAIL EASEMENT, AND CONSERVATION EASEMENT DEED
WHEREAS, heretofore the City of the Town of Los Altos Hills
has received a certain Pathway and Trail Easement and Conservation
Easement Deedexecuted on behalf of BAS HOMES, INC. , a California
Corporation,
WHEREAS, the City of the Town of Los Altos Hills disires.. to
accept the above-described Pathway and Trail Easement and Conser-
vation Easement Deed,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED as follows :
1. That the Pathway and Trail Easement and Conservation
Easement Deed executed on behalf of BAS HOMES, INC. , be and the
same hereby is accepted by the City of the Town of Los Altos Hills.
2 . The City Clerk of the City of the Town of Los Altos Hills
hereby is directed and ordered to cause the Pathway and Trail Ease-
ment and Conservation Easement Deed described above to be recorded
in the Officeof the Recorder of the County of Santa Clara.
REGULARLY passed and adopted this 15th day of January, 1986.

PATHWAY AND TRAIL EASEMENT, AND CONSERVATION EASEMENT DEED
BAS HOMES, INC, a California Corporation, hereby grants to the
CITY OF THE TOWN OF LOS ALTOS HILLS, a Municipal Corporation of the
State of California, each of the following:
1. A PATHWAY AND TRAIL EASEMENT for equestrians and pedestrians,
together with ingress thereto and egress therefrom and the right to
install, maintain, repair, protect and replace, a PATHWAY AND TRAIL
thereon together with appurtenances thereto, in, on, over, across,
along and upon the following described real property situate in the
City of the Town of Los Altos Hills, County of Santa Clara, State of
California, to wit:
Beginning at the most Southwesterly corner of
Parcel 2 as shown upon that certain Parcel Map
recorded in Book 216 of Maps at page 46 , Records
of Santa Clara County;
Thence North 35° 38' 10" East along the Northwest-
erly line of said Parcel 2 a distance of 12.43
feet to a point in a line that is parallel with
and.'10 . 00 feet Northerly as being measured at
right angles from the Southerly line of said
Parcel 2 .
Thence North 89° 12 ' 16" East along last mentioned
parallel line a distance of 246. 88 feet;
Thence North 85° 31 ' 26" East a distance of 51. 94
feet to a point in the Easterly line of said
Parcel 2;
Thence South 4° 28 ' 34" East along last mentioned
Easterly line a distance of 30 . 00 feet to the
most Southeasterly corner of said Parcel 2;
Thence South 85° 31 ' 26" West along a Southerly
line of said Parcel 2 a distance of 32. 90 feet
to an angle point therein;
Thence North 4° 28 ' 34" West a distance of 20 .00
feet to a point in a Southerly line of said Parcel
2;
Thence South 85° 31 ' 26" West along a Southerly
line of said Parcel 2 a distance of 19.36 feet

Thence continuing along a Southerly line of said
Parcel 2 South 890 12' 16" West a distance of
254.58 feet -to the point of beginning.
2. A Conservation Easement, together with ingress thereto
and egress therefrom, in, on, over, across, along and upon the
following described parcels of real property situate in the City
of the Town of Los Altos Hills, County of Santa Clara, State of
California, to wit:
Parcel One: A Conservation
Easement 15.00 feet in width lying Southwesterly,
Westerly and Northwesterly of the following de-
scribed line;
Commencing at the most Southeasterly corner of
Parcel 2 as shown upon that certain parcel Map
recorded in Book 216 of Maps at Page 46, Records
of said Santa Clara County;
Thence South 85° 31' 26" West along a Southerly
line of said Parcel 2 a distance of 13.50 feet
to the truO point of beginning of the line to be
described
Thence North 36° 03' 34" West a distance of 105.00
feet;
Thence North 32° 33' 34" West a distance of. 61.00
feet;
Thence North 17° 03' 34" West a distance of 22.00
feet/
Thence North 180 11' 26" East a distance of 19.00

Thence North 10 26' 26" East a distance of 41.26
feet to a point in the Northwesterly line of said
Marcel 2 and the Terminus of the above described
line.
The sidelines of said easement are to be prolonged
or shortened as to terminate in the boundary lines
of said parcel 2;

ed in Book 216 of Mops at page 46 lying Northeast-
erly and Easterly off, the following described line.

corded in Book 216 of Maps at page 46, Records of
said Santa Clara County;
Thence South 85° 31 ' 26" West along a Southerly
line of said Parcel 2 a distance of 13 . 50 feet to
the true point of beginning of the line to be
described;
Thence North 36° 03 ' 34" West a distance of 105. 00
feet;
Thence North 32° 33 ' 34" West a distance of 61. 00
feet;
Thence North 17° 03 ' 34" West a distance of 22. 00
feet;
Thence North 18° 11 ' 26" East a distance of 19. 00
feet:
Thence North 1° 26 ' 26" East a distance of 41. 26
feet to a point in the Northwesterly line of said
Parcel 2 and the Terminus of the above described
line,
and within which Conservation Easement BAS HOMES, INC. , a California
Corporation, its successors or assigns, shall not conduct or permit
or allow any uses, grading, clearing or structures to be errected.
Provided, however, BAS HOMES, INC. , a California Corporation, its
successors or assigns , shall have
(a) The right to install, maintain and replace landscaping
which is approved by the Site Development Committee of the City of
the Town of Los Altos Hills prior to its installation.
