APPROVAL OF MINUTES: April 6 , 1988 (Special and Regular Meetings) <br /> PASSED BY CONSENSUS: To defer approval of the April 6 , 1988 minutes to <br /> the April 20 , 1988 City Council Meeting to allow Councilmembers Siegel <br /> and van Tamelen the opportunity to review the minutes. <br /> C. RESOLUTION # DECLARING CANVASS OF RETURNS AND RESULTS OF GENERAL <br /> MUNICIPAL ELECTION: <br /> MOTION SECONDED AND CARRIED: Moved by van Tamelen, seconded by <br /> Dronkert and passed unanimously by all members present to adopt <br /> Resolution #33-88 declaring canvass of returns and results of General <br /> Municipal Election held on April 12 , 1988 . <br /> t <br />
