B. REDUCTION IN DEPOSIT ON PORTION OF SUBDIVISION IMPROVEMENTS
COMPLETED - LANDS OF CURRIE - O' KEEFE:
Council had before them the City Manager ' s staff report dated 7/15/88
which included background information on the Lands of Currie and also
included the recommendation that a warrant be approved in an amount
not to exceed $175 ,500 subject to the City Engineer' s determination
that an appropriate portion or unit of the subdivision improvements
had been completed. The report also noted that this warrant would
result in the reduction of the subdivision improvement deposit of

the improvements would then be completed. Mr. Mohammadian requested
all of the deposit back or at least 80% of the total amount.

pave O' Keefe and stated that he would be preparing staff reports on
this issue in the near future.
