B. INTERVIEWS FOR CITY COUNCIL AND PLANNING COMMISSION
APPOINTMENTS:
Council interviewed the following residents for the vacancy on
the City Council: Toni Casey, Edward Emling, James Plummer, David
Proft and Robert Stutz. Each applicant explained why they were
interested in serving on the Council, their areas of particular
interest and their willingness to serve the community in this ca-
pacity. In part, the Council's questions covered the following
areas: police services, development, drainage, finance, time com-
mitment and willingness to represent the Town by participating on
outside agencies.
As the two applicants for the Planning Commission, Leda Patmore
and Mary Stutz, had been interviewed previously when there had
been an opening on the Commission, they were not interviewed
again by the Council.

who had applied for the earlier vacancy on the Council would also
be considered in the Council's selection to be announced at the
November 5, 1986 meeting.
