Henley called the Regular Meeting of the City Council of the Town of Los Altos Hills to order at 8:05 P. M. in the Council Chambers of the Town Hall, 26379 Fremont Road, Los Altos Hills, with the following members answering Roll Call: Present: Councilmen Aiken, Benson, Davey, Fowle and Mayor Henley. Absent: None. PLANNING CO•II+iISSION REPRESENTATIVE: Commissioner G. Sherlock. APPROVAL OF MINUTuS: January 2, 1968. Correction: P. 5, Ordinances, Ordinance No. 131, add at the end o: first sentence "for Ordinance No. 131". Upon Motion by Councilman Fowle, Second by Benson, the Minutes of January 2, 1968 were unanimously approved as corrected. COM,IIMICATIONS: REEL 4 31DE 2 1, City Manager read the following communications: TRACK a) Palo Alto Tir:.es, dated January 8, 1953, regarding requirements of 03 the Brown Act. b) Juanita L. Morgan, dated December 30, 1957, thanking Council for the luncheon held in her honor. c) Mary ti. Minetor, 12444 Robloda Road, dated January 10, 1968, opposing sewers. d) County Health Department, dated January 9, 1953, stating sewers will be required for Mt. Helen Sumner Camp. e) George L. Seidman, 12690 Dianne Avenue, dated January 4, 1568, requesting a further extension of time to file Final Map, Tract No. 4111. City Manager stated that Staff had notified Mr. Seidman of law prohibiting an additional extension. f) R. W. McCulloch, P. O. Box 416, San Bruno, presenting an estimate for a proposed sewar on Miranda Avenue to be privately financed, Mr. McCulloch requested that tho Town of Los Altos Hills act as collecting agency for subsequent connections. Council returned the estimate and proposal to the Staff for study and recommendation. g) Regional .Jater duality Control Board, Oakland, dated January 2, 1968, regarding Palo Alto sewage negotiations with Los Altos Hills. h) Robert S. W. Cooley, Chairman of Palo Alto City Council's Finance Coniuttee, dated January 8, 1968, regarding proposed Palo Alto/Los Altos Hills sewage contract. t i) Dr, i�j.
