MINUTES OF A REGULAR ADJOURNED MEETING
February 26, 1968

Aayor Albert T. Henley called the Regular adjourned Meeting of the City Council
of the Town of Los Altos Hills to order at 7:15 P. M. in the Council <7hambers
of the Town ':all, 26375 Fremont Road, Los Altos Hills, with the following
members answering Roll Call: Present: Councilmen Benson, Davey, Fowle,
Mayor ienley. Absent: Councilman Aiken.

mayor Henley read letter from Mr. and Pers. Paul M. Borg, 13452 Carillo Lane,
dated Fabruary 26, 1968, re:against any sewer requirement for their home.
Councilman Aiken arrived at 7:19 P. Pi.

SF4ER ASSESS1a31VT DISTRICT NO. 2 - Engineer's Report. 10
City Engineer submitted Division d Report, Engineering Report, Plans
and Specifications on Sewer Assessment District No. 2. Council discussion
ensued concerning a written description of the subject matter. City
Engineer noted that the Resolution of Intention No. 413 includes a
description os the boundaries and proposed construction.
City F.ttorney introduced and read in its entirety Resolution No. 131, a
resolution of the City Council of the Town of Los Altos Hills setting
Division preliminary hearing (6:30 P, M., March 20, 1968 at the To= Hall).
MOTION, SECONDED, AND CARRIED: Councilman Fowle moved, Seconded by Davey,
that Resolution :do. 131 be adopted as read, was carried by a majority roll
call vote. Ayes: Councilmen Davey, Fowle, Mayor Henley. Noes: Aiken,
Benson. Absent: None.
City Atto may introduced and read in its entirety Resolution No. 4,32, a
resolution of the City Council of the Town of Los Altos Hills granting
preliminary approval of the Engineer's Report,
MOTION, SECONDED,. :tHD CARRIED: Councilman Fowle moved, Seconded by Davey,
that Resolution No. 432 be adopted as read, was carried by a majority roll
call vote: Ayes: Councilmen Davey, Fowle, Mayor Henley. Noes: Aiken,
Benson. Absent: alone.
City Attorney introduced and read in its entirety Resolution No, n33, a
resolution of the City Council of the Town of Los Altos Hills setting a
time and place for a hearing of protests in relation to the proposed
4W acquisitions and improvements (6:30 P. M., March 26, 1968 at the Town Hall).

that Resolution No. 433 be adopted is read, was carried by a majority roll
call vote: Ayes: Councilmen Davey, Fowle, Mayor Henley. Noes: Aiken.

City Attorney introduced and read in its entirety Resolution No. 434., a
resolution of the City Council of the Town of Los Altos Hills establishing
the prevailing wage rate.

that Resolution No. 434 be adopted as read, was carried by a majority roll
call vote: Ayes: Councilmen Davey, Fowle, Mayor Henley. Noes: Aiken,
Henson. Absent: None.
City Attorney introduced and read in its entirety Resolution No. h35. a
resolution of the City Council of the Town of Los Altos Hills calling for
sealed bids on construction of the proposal.
MOTION, ScCO.dD'ZD, AND CARRIED: Councilman Fowle moved, Seconded by Davey,
that Resolution No. 135 be adopted as read, was carried by a majority re_1
call vole: Ayes: Councilmen Davey, Fowle, Mayor Henley. Noes: Aiken,
Benson. Absent: None.
At Councilman Aiken's request, the following statement is incorporated:
without objection, at this point of the Minutes: "I object to tb= Absence
of a d -ascription easily understandable to a layman of what the District
consists of and what is actually to be done."
At Councilman D�vay's request, the following statement by Mayor Henley is
incorporated, without objection, at this point of the i%,inutes: "The report
has bean prepared and presented in conforaity with the law, and both a
writean enc. graphic description are on file with the Town Hall."

The Council noted that the Eshner Pronerty would be forever liaited to
sixteen (16) building sites (number -assessed) by whatever legal m=ans
availlbla, such as a deed restriction, to be. accomplished by Fl-.rch 2;:. 14,3
