RESOLUTION NO. 117-86
A RESOLUTION ACCEPTING A DEED CONVEYING REAL PROPERTY ,
AND EASEMENTS IN BERRY HILL II TRACT 7807 AND
AUTHORIZING RECORDATION THEREOF
RESOLVED, by the City Council of . the City of the Town of Los
Altos Hills, County of Santa Clara, State of California, that
WHEREAS, there has been delivered a Deed conveying real prop-
erty in fee and pathway and trail, conservation, storm drain, sani-
tary sewer and water utility easements, in which Gerard & Lambert,
Inc. , a California Corporation is named as Grantor and in which
the City of the Town of Los Altos HIlls, a Municipal Corporation,
is named as Grantee,
NOW, THEREFORE, IT IS HEREBY ORDERED as follows :
1. The City Council hereby accepts the above-described Deed,
and the City Clerk of the City of the Town of Los Altos Hills be,
and she is hereby directed and ordered to cause said Deed to be
recorded in the office of the Recorder of the County of Santa
Clara, State of California.
REGULARLY passed and adopted this 6th day of August, 1986 .
