HomeMy WebLinkAbout141-86 RESOLUTION NO. 141-86 A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF THE TOWN OF LOS ALTOS HILLS SETTING THE TIME AND PLACE OF PUBLIC HEARING ON AN APPLICATION FOR A TENTATIVE SUBDIVISION MAP OF THE LANDS OF CURRIE RESOLVED, by the City Council of the City of the Town of Los Altos Hills, County of Santa Clara, State of California, that WHEREAS, heretofore a Tentative Subdivision Map concerning property known as the Lands of Currie, and the street address of which is 25545 O'Keefe Lane, was filed by Gerard Currie and Joyce Currie, his wife, and Mehdi Mohammadian and Habib Shobeiri; and WHEREAS, the Planning Commission has conducted a hearing and has forwarded its report and recommendation to the City Council; and WHEREAS, a Public Hearing is required to be held by the City Council concerning the proposed Tentative Subdivision Map. NOW, THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED as follows: 1. That the City Councilhereby fixes as a time and place for the Public Hearing on the above-described Tentative Subdivision Map for the Lands of Currie at the hour of 7 : 30 p.m. on Wednesday, October 15, 1986 in the Council Chamber, Town Hall, 26379 Fremont Road, Los Altos Hills , California. 2. The City Clerk is hereby ordered and directed to cause notice of the public hearing to be made by doing each of the following things not less than ten (10) days prior to the date of the public hearing, to wit: (a) Posting of the Notice of Hearing in at least three (3) public places in the Town; (b) Posting of at least three (3) copies of a Notice of Hearing on the real property which is the subject of the pro- SII posed Tentative Map: in accordance with Section 9-1. 512 of the Los Altos Hills Municipal Code. I (c) Giving notice of the public hearing by first class mail to any person who has •filed a written request therefore with the City of the Town of Los Altos Hills, and to the owners of the real: property proposed to be • subdivided; (d) Giving notice. of. the public hearing by mail or by personal delivery to all persons , including individuals, . corporations, or other public entities, shown on the last equalized assessment roll as owning real property within five hundred (500) _ feet exterior 'boundary of the real prop- erty described above.
